附上一些关于该书籍的评论，我个人感觉评价的很到位：Anessential reference work for American pens is George Fischler and StuartSchneider's massive Fountain Pens and Pencils: The Golden Age of WritingInstruments – not cheap, but an investment that will quickly payfor itself. Solidly researched with extensive color illustrations and a quitegood price guide. Sometimes called the "Blue Book" (from its dustjacket color), this volume should be on every pen collector's reference shelf.Fischler and Schneider's second opus, The Book of Fountain Pens andPencils (also known as the "Brown Book") is another massivevolume packed with information and color illustrations. It is basically asupplement to the first volume – useful, but not essential. Our advice:get the Blue Book first. Includes price guide and sections on advertising,decoration, and repair. The authors' The Illustrated Guide to AntiqueWriting Instruments is an affordable pocket-sized paperback that isparticularly handy as a take-along price guide. Coverage of pens and penhistory is, however, rather less than comprehensive, so don't shortchange yourenjoyment of pen collecting by making this your only reference book。
总而言之，这3本书，前两部都是大部头的著作，应该说第一本也就是：“蓝皮书”最有价值，虽然两位作者在钢笔世界中很有名气，但出书的节奏确实越来越水，在这一点确实没有兰菠萝敬业！

一直都以為在這裡的筆友對早期古老的機械鉛筆興趣不大，但剛剛抽空拜讀兄早期的帖子跟文章，還來兄對古董的機械鉛筆有極豐富的收藏及心得，看來往後要多向 lava兄多點賜教。可以加為好友嗎？ {:soso_e181:}{:soso_e179:} Weyman 发表于 2013-11-28 11:05
