一只白金笔尖求鉴定！！

地摊上买了的，被鸡尾在一支reform花杆上

请问各位老大，

这是白金什么笔上的笔尖？

大概什么年代？是否金尖？？

这支reform什么来历？

什么年代？？笔夹上有sea－gull刻字，笔夹是否鸡尾？

白金笔有JIS标记，是二战以后的，但是刻字很糙，估计是1950年代的产品，非金尖。
