We are sorry to hear what happened to you pens, firstly Pelikan M200 is not equipped with 14C gold nib, according to your statement, your EF & F nibs are not in normal condition which have to be adjusted.You may contact the seller you bought from for the repair service, or you may contact Pelikan Shanghai at 021-6465 5365 for repair with charge.

維修是否要收費的情況要看筆本身是否符合保固條件及故障的情況為何,  憑心而論, 百利金的保固維修條件在德廠之中算是比較寬的了.
