    言重了，在下皆为班门弄斧之言，在下揣测古人的意思吧，大概是说用人要用德才兼备的人，若木有德才兼备的人，便用有德无才的人，易管理，不易出乱子，有才无德之人是不宜的，这是古人的用人论述吧，在下乱说，乱说

    也说得通,我的理解是，做人，得先有德，再培养才，有德有才，方能有益于社会，有德无才，也不会祸害一方，有才无德，就会做出些投机取巧，唯利是图，祸害一方的事了，（地沟油事件，砖家说，地沟油这玩意，没有一定的高科技专业是捣腾不出来的。）无才无德，好吧，庸人一个。。

以前有试过拿旧约（新约？忘了）当故事来看。。

    不过佛教中好像没有这些比较暴力，歪曲事实的行为，宗教与宗教还会不一样啊

那不是书，是罗素的演讲，但目前罗素的全集似乎还没有中文译本。你可以去罗素学会的网站中找到这篇文章---

罗素学会在以前是英国上流绅士社会的圈子，比如凡尔纳小说八十天环游地球里为了凸显主人公的性格孤僻，就说到了他“也不是罗素学会的会员”

There are other things of less importance.
