网站右上角有个Help栏，点进去有各种相应政策，这是关于货物运输问题的---

先通过Tracking Number查是否运到，若是有问题，可以和Graphic Image Customer Service沟通，出示相关证据（比如把你查阅到的usps相应Tracking Number的运输状态连接提供给他们，比如注明了“已寄达”，实际上却未到你手上），他们是会作出相关回应的。

相应政策引用如下---

就是觉得运费稍微贵了一点，上次鹏天从国外网站买东西运费都起码有70，他还是选的比较近的国家，这不得100啊。。不过两本均摊50还可以吧。。。国内要是能买到多好啊

估计也是，那个11寸的估计一本得有两斤吧，邮费哗啦啦。。。

另一个人介绍了对他们家纸的感觉，非常适合钢笔，对纸张喜爱到了以至于可以不计较他们某款本子设计上的怪异，引用如下---


I have been using a Graphic Image journal "Skull & Bones" on the cover. The paper is smooth, and off-white/cream color. Very fountain pen friendly. Bought one off Ebay and one at Barnes and Noble.
At first I thought the Skull and Crossbones illustration on the cover was a bit odd to me, but I don't mind it. I like the paper too much to care.

Moleskine的日记本国内都可以买到，我有他们三年来的日记本，纸质对墨水来说都可以接受，有的墨水会有点小洇（比如鲶鱼日瓦戈），但属于可以接受范畴的，大部分墨水都很好，鲶鱼永恒黑，胡桃，红黑，用在上面没任何问题。他们家笔记本就有墨水洇纸的毛病，但那是两年前的事了，不知现在改进没有

以前大家天天想鱼水 现在大把卖的不是 只要有商机 估计等不了多久就会来了
