Hello everyone! My name is xx; I graduated from Xx University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree. I have a special hobby, fountain pen collection.
Fountain pen; which is popular in 70s to 90s last century is out of fashion now; so
Collecting fountain pens may be one of the more esoteric hobbies, but fine writing instruments are far more than your basic ballpoint. They can be of historical, technical, and aesthetic interest; they can be a pleasure to use, and some may even be described as works of art.
Nor does pen collection have to be an expensive hobby, for many older pens still may be found for very little money. On the other hand, the sky is the limit when it comes to high end modern pens, many of which are offered as limited editions.
Most pen collectors like to use some if not all of their pens. In general, however, the rarer, older, more valuable pens are less likely to be treated as users, though pen collectors prefer to have specimens in working condition. Modern limited edition pens sometimes leave collectors torn, since putting them to use leads to significant depreciation.
I have already x pens in my collection, it’s not expensive but perfect to write ;I like writing with fountain pen ,I like the feeling of opening a rotating cap of a fountain pen slowly; which made me feel peaceful and calm.

I always spend a plenty of time in collecting pens. Pens are not only concinnity but also written by it. From the time that came out, famous ancient writers and refined scholars are fond of pens. Collecting pens could make us consider the history and culture carefully, while we appreciate the calligraphy.
决定在waterman3726兄的基础上揉进这几句,到时临场看实际情况说一下。在此感谢waterman3726兄的帮助。作者: 失烟 时间: 2012-3-19 23:51

Well my hobby is collecting fountain pen.As you can see, not only fountain pen but also all kinds of writing tools have been long out of fashion in this time that digital writing mostly takes the place of letter in our daily life. However, pen is more than a writing implement to me.Each pen has elaborate structure, various exterior and of course its own story. So I regard fountain pen as a historied artistic creation that give me the enjoyment of appreciating. In contrast to other sorts of writing , foutain pens are the most expeciall ones for their bloting systems and multifarious nibs. Different kinds of ink appears different fluidities on a same nib.Similarly, diverse nibs present multiple penmanship with the same ink. That is to say,the collocation of ink and nibs is a little troublesome but amazingly interesting to myself.
