you are right, the pen is named "Hibiscus" in collector circles and was also made for the Commonwealth Games 1998 in Kuala Lumpur. But it was given only to the official statesmen. I've read somewhere, that less than 30 pieces were made. There is also a very short statement in the Pelikan book of Lehmann/Dittmer on page 110. But they say, thats a prototype; this is wrong.
On the Hibiscus flower there are some very small diamants, which is looking very nice.
