the pen did come together with the other Pelikan 400 that also are listed. I just had to clean them from writings test that have been made with the pen.
The EF nib is in fine condition, but as all EF nibs it depends to the paper how they write and if user will give to much pressure on the nib they start to scratch on the paper. I prefer broad nibs, because I write fast and give a bit pressuer on the nibs.
I hope that will help a bit.
